Making an Announcement at VoiceCon @ Interop?
If your company is planning on making an announcement at the show, we can help you increase the exposure
through an October 15 press release detailing exhibitor announcements at the event. To be included in this
opportunity, please log in to the Exhibitor Resource Center and follow the task links to submit a 50-word
description of your announcement. The deadline for inclusion is Monday, October 8. If you
would like to participate in this opportunity but not release specific details of your announcement, we can
also accommodate you.

Editorial Opportunity - Executive Interviews
TechWeb Networks is looking to speak with executives from selected exhibitors who will be launching
products or services at VoiceCon @ Interop. The focus of these interviews will be your product launch,
providing readers with more context and information about your launch during the event. A limited number
of companies will be selected from submissions received for this opportunity based on uniqueness of the
product/service and availability of the company's executive. These interviews will also be podcast and
posted to the Interop website, which will also serve as the Interop Show Daily during the event. Send

Access to the The VoiceCon @ Interop Press List
The VoiceCon @ Interop press list is available for exhibitors beginning September 17th, and can be downloaded
at the Interop Exhibitor Resource Center. This database will be
updated and made available on a weekly basis until the event. This information will give you the opportunity
to set up on-site interviews and meetings prior to the event. For questions regarding the VoiceCon @ Interop

Meeting Rooms for Press Briefings
Meeting rooms will be available in the Media Center during Interop for individual briefings with press or
analysts beginning Monday, September 17. Reservations for these rooms can be made by emailing Olivia Loy

- Name of Exhibiting Company
- Name of Registered Exhibitor Representative

The Media Center is located in Room 3D01 on the lower floor of the Javits Center. The Media Center Hours of
Operation are Monday, October 22 – Thursday October 25 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with the exception of Tuesday,
October 23, on which day the center is open from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
The Media Center may only be used by registered exhibitors, representatives, press and analysts. For each meeting,
one attendee must be registered as press (journalist/analyst) and the other must be a registered exhibitor. For more

VoiceCon @ Interop Media Center
The Media Center at VoiceCon @ Interop is located in room #3D01 in the , just to the right
of the show floor entrance (signs will clearly mark the location). The meeting rooms for press briefings are located
inside the Media Center, and press kits can also be dropped off here. The VoiceCon Media Center will open during
the show each day at 8AM and close at 5PM, with the exception of Tuesday, October 23, on which day the Media Center is open until 6 p.m.
Exhibitor Press Collateral Area
Exhibitors can leave press kits in the Interop media center for press to access. Press kits can be dropped off at
the Javits Center beginning Thursday, October 22.
Promote Your Company's Announcement on VoIP Loop
VoIP Loop, the online voice of VoiceCon @ Interop, will select exhibitor announcements taking place at the show,
providing readers with more context and information about your launch. If you are interested in this opportunity, send your
