Complimentary Registration for the Entire Event
We welcome you, as a speaker, to attend the entire event, including all conference sessions, demonstrations and exhibits, as well as all meals and social
functions. You will be exempt from any conference registration fee. The Speaker
Release form in the Speaker Resource Center serves
as your registration for the entire event.
Two Complimentary Session Passes
You will receive two complimentary session passes to be used in the session in
which you are speaking. These passes can be given to two guests of your choice.
These passes can be requested in Speaker Services when you arrive onsite at the
event. Please note each guest will need to register for a complimentary expo plus
badge to use in conjunction with the session pass.
Access to Speaker Services
Speaker Services is a place for you to relax, prepare for your session or have small meetings. You will have access to Speaker Services during all hours of the conference, beginning on Sunday, November 1, 2009, at 12:00 pm. Speaker Services will be located in Room 111 on the lower level of the Moscone North Convention Center
Access to Entire Event Audio Recordings and Conference Presentations
All conference presentations, sessions and audio recordings (including the session in which you are speaking) will be available online after the event.
Discounts for Colleague Registrations
Distribute registration codes to your guests, customers, vendors, colleagues and friends for free expo plus pass registration or up to 40% off full price conference packages. Registration codes for this VIP Discount can be found on the Speaker Resource Center.
