Complimentary Registration for the Entire Event
We welcome you, as a speaker, to attend the entire event, including tutorials,
conference sessions, demonstrations and exhibits, as well as all meals and social
functions. You will be exempt from any conference registration fee. The Speaker
Release form at the Speaker Resource Center serves
as your registration for the entire event.
Two Complimentary Session Passes
You will receive two complimentary session passes to be used in the session in
which you are speaking. These passes can be given to two guests of your choice.
These passes can be requested in Speaker Services when you arrive onsite at the
event. Please note each guest will need to register for an exhibits only conference
badge to use in conjunction with the session pass. Exhibits only registration
can be completed online at www.voicecon.com/sanfrancisco/registration/.
There is no fee for this type of registration.
Access to Speaker Services
Speaker Services is a place for you to relax, prepare for your session or have
small meetings. You will have access to Speaker Services during all hours of
the conference, beginning on Sunday, November 9, 2008, at 12:00 pm. You will be
notified of the exact room name and location as we get closer to the event.
Complimentary Audio Recording of Your Session
As a speaker, you will receive an audio DVD recording of all conference sessions.
DVDs will be sent by mail approximately three weeks after the event concludes.
Unlimited Number of Complimentary Exhibits Passes
As a speaker, you are entitled to an unlimited number of Exhibits only passes
to send to your colleagues and customers, compliments of your company. Each pass
allows an individual free access to the exhibition only (no access to conference

Team Discounts for Colleague Registrations
Since you will be speaking at VoiceCon San Francisco 2008, anyone from your company may
register to attend the conference at a $100 team discount. Please instruct your
colleagues to ask for the team discount when registering.
Publicity
Your name and company name will be featured in over 300,000 promotional mailings
for VoiceCon San Francisco 2008 and on the VoiceCon San Francisco website at www.voicecon.com/sanfrancisco/.
