What’s Included With Your Registration?

*Early Payment Discount
Payment must be received no later than October 3, 2008, to qualify for the Early Payment discount. Purchase orders are not accepted as payment.

**Group Discount
Register three (3) or more people from your company at the same time for the Entire Event or Conference Only and receive $200 off each registration!

• Registrants must be from the same company, and must register at the same time (within 24 hours).
• Registrations must be paid in fully by August 20, 2007.

Terms and Conditions

Payment in full by November 10, 2008, is required to guarantee admittance to VoiceCon San Francisco 2008. Unpaid registrants will not be admitted to the conference.

Cancellations received less than ten business days (after October 27, 2008) are subject to a $100 processing fee. Registrants who do not attend and have not cancelled in advance are liable for the full fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference for any reason, the liability of TechWeb is limited to the return of paid registration fees.

Badges are not transferable, but registration substitutions can be made at any time.

All incoming registrations from outside the United States must be accompanied by a credit card payment, or payment must be wired within 48 hours of registration.
