Inclusion in VoiceCon San Francisco 2009 Preview Press Release

VoiceCon San Francisco 2009 offers an amazing audience to target for your company's new product or service announcement, and no other IP Telephony event brings the same impressive and accessible blend of press, analysts, exhibitors and attendees together. VoiceCon San Francisco 2009 attendees are influential IT professionals who come to see the spectrum of technologies, products and solutions in one place so they can make more informed purchasing decisions.

Thank you to all exhibitors who submitted a 50-word description of your new product or service announcement for inclusion in our October 26th press release detailing event announcements. The deadline to participate has now passed.

Access to the VoiceCon San Francisco 2009 Media List

Information on how to download the database of all pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers who will be attending VoiceCon San Francisco will be available beginning October 2 in the Exhibitor Resource Center. This database will be updated on a weekly basis and made available until the event, with the final press and analyst attendee list sent the week after the conclusion of VoiceCon San Francisco 2009. PR agencies, please note that the media list is only available through the Exhibitor Resource Center and you will have to get the username/pass code information from your client.

Pre-reservation requests for meeting space has now closed. Reservations can now be made on a first-come, first-serve basis during the show.

The Media Center is located in Room 113 and may only be used by registered exhibitors, representatives, press and analysts.

Exhibitor Press Collateral Area

Exhibitors can leave press kits in the VoiceCon San Francisco Media Center for press to access beginning the first day of the event, Monday, November 2.

Press Release Guidelines

VoiceCon owns its brands and content and must approve any third party use of its brands and content. If you plan to write a press release about your exhibitor announcement, sponsorship, or other activities around the event, please follow these guidelines:

  • Event boilerplate should be included in the press release (see boilerplate below)
  • The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: VoiceCon San Francisco 2009 is happening November 2-5 at the Moscone North Convention Center
  • If you would like to include a quote from VoiceCon's General Manager, Fred Knight, send your release and suggested quote for review and approval to PR Specialist, Joylyn Tanner at . Please allow 24-48 hours turnaround time.
