Email Rewards Program - Free Ad Space or Conference PassesBy promoting special discounts and your company's presence at VoiceCon, you can earn up to three free Entire Event passes or a ½ page ad in the Official Program Guide. Free Expo Plus PassDistribute free Expo Plus passes (a $100 value) and a discount for conference passes to clients and prospects. This is an excellent way to invite customers and prospects to visit your booth or listen to your company's representative speaking in a conference session at VoiceCon. Distribute passes through all your sales channels, such as your customer base, prospects, sales offices and user groups to increase booth traffic. The Expo Plus registration includes admission to the Exhibition and Networking Receptions, VoiceCon Keynotes, Coffee Talk Sessions, and a conference session pass. Send us a link to your VoiceCon related post and we will partner with you to help get the message out. Here are two good examples. Twitter About Your CompanyProvide updates about your company's activities at VoiceCon, product updates and other news through Twitter. Use #VoiceCon to be sure that your tweet is included in the VoiceCon Twitter feed. Pre-Reg Attendee List for Exhibitor Created Direct Mail PieceGive pre-registered attendees advance notice that you will be at VoiceCon San Francisco. The pre-registered VoiceCon attendee list will be available for a one-time use, pre-event, by any exhibitor for USPS mailing only. Logos and BannersEvent Images and DescriptionDownload VoiceCon images and use the official event description to promote your attendance at the show. Exhibitors: drive traffic to your booth in advertising and marketing materials. Speakers: invite colleagues to your session(s). Bloggers: let readers know that you will be at VoiceCon. Click on any link to view the logo or ad banner. Right click on the link and select "Save Target As" to download the item. Use these images on your blog or in your email signature.
