Early Payment Discount1: Check or credit card payment must be received in full by the deadline dates to receive the Early Payment discount. Purchase orders not paid in full by this date will not be eligible for discount. If payment is not received on or before the qualifying date, registrant will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Terms and Conditions: Payment in full by March 19, 2010 is required to guarantee admittance to VoiceCon Orlando 2010. Unpaid registrants will not be admitted to the conference.

Cancellations received by UBM after March 5, 2010 are subject to a $100 processing fee. Registrants who do not attend and have not cancelled in advance are liable for the full fee. Written notice is required for all changes to registrations, including cancellations, substitutions and downgrades. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please fax your cancellation or substitution request to 415-947-6011 using the Registration Change Form.

Badges are not transferable. A badge cannot be used by one person one day and a different person the next. Badge swapping is not tolerated. Attendees may substitute registrations. If someone would like to attend in place of a colleague, they have to take the badge for the entire event.

All incoming registrations from outside the United States must be accompanied by a credit card payment, or payment must be wired within 48 hours of registration.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference for any reason, the liability of UBM is limited to the return of paid registration fees.

Group Discount2: Register 3 or more people from the same company for the Entire Event or 3-Day Pass at the same time and receive $200 off EACH registration! 2-Day, 1-Day and Expo Plus registrants are not eligible for Team Discounts. Registrations must be paid in full by March 12, 2010, to receive the Team Discount. On-site registrations will not be eligible for Team Discounts. All Team Discount registrations must be from the same company and sent at the same time. Each person qualifying for the team discount must complete a separate registration form.

Age Limit: Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the premise at any time during VoiceCon.
