must be received in full by February 15, 2008, to receive the Early Payment discount.
Purchase orders not paid in full by this date will not be eligible for discount.
If payment is not received on or before the qualifying date, registrant will be
responsible for the full registration fee.
**Group Discount: Register 3 or more people from
the same company for the Entire Event or Conference Only at the same time and
receive $200 off EACH registration! Tutorial Only and Exhibits Only registrants
are not eligible for Team Discounts. Registrations must be paid in full by
March 14, 2008, to receive the Team Discount. On-site registrations will
not be eligible for Team Discounts. All Team Discount registrations must be
from the same company and sent at the same time (within 24 hours of each other).
Each person qualifying for the team discount must complete a separate registration
form.
Payment and Cancellations
Payment in full by March 14 is required
to guarantee admittance to the VoiceCon Orlando 2008 conference. Unpaid registrants
will not be admitted to the conference.
Cancellations received by BCR less than 10 business days before the event
(after February 29, 2008) are subject to a $100 processing fee.
Registrants who do not attend and have not canceled in advance are liable
for the full fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference for
any reason, the liability of TechWeb Networks is limited to the
return of paid registration fees.
Badges are not transferable; however, registration substitutions may be made
at any time. All incoming registrations from outside the United States must
be accompanied by a credit card payment, or payment must be wired within 48
hours of registration. Wire transfer information is available upon request.
All registrations received within 10 business days before the start of the
event (after February 29, 2008) must be accompanied by a credit card payment.

VoiceCon Orlando 2008 Shuttle Schedule
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Coronado Springs and Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress hotels. Pick up and drop off will be at the following locations:
- Animal Kingdom Lodge: In front of the hotel in the main drive.
- Coronado Springs: The Coronado Springs Convention Center Porte Cochere.
- Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress: Bus Portico on the Convention Level.
- Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center: Shuttle bus entrance on the exhibit hall level.
Shuttle schedules will be available at the VoiceCon registration counters and at the check in desks of the Animal Kingdom Lodge, the Coronado Springs, and the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress hotels.
