Ralph Riley is a Marketing Director for Siemens Communications in Headquarters Marketing and is presently responsible for value creation efforts and global sales enablement projects. Immediately prior to his present position Ralph was responsible for US Product Marketing, where he primarily focused on the development of all US product marketing content for the Siemens Communications, Inc. portfolio. Beginning his career in software solution sales, Ralph has held various sales and sales management positions at Siemens, consistently attaining top level sales performance before becoming the US regional manager responsible for sales and the pre-sales technical consulting teams for Siemens Advanced Customer Solutions group, focusing on solution integration services. Ralph Riley holds a BA in economics and MBA from the University of Michigan.
Alexander Lopez holds the position of Senior Executive Briefer for Avaya Inc. With over seven years of experience at Avaya, Alex has held positions in Avaya Labs as a Research and Development Engineer and positions as a Leader within the Sales and Marketing communities. As a member of the Leadership Team in the Executive Briefing Program, Alex currently leads the North American East Coast and Worldwide Centers in the Caribbean and Latin American for Avaya. Bill King is a Senior Technical Marketing Manager in the Voice Technology Group (VTG) Unified Communications Systems Team. Jeff Ridley, ShoreTel's director of product management for application products, leads the company's Unified Communications and Contact Center product and market strategies. Jeff has more than 15 years of experience in the communications and mobile computing marketplaces and has been with Shoretel for 8 years. Prior to joining ShoreTel, Jeff was an associate with ViaSphere Ventures where he helped identify new technologies and worked with early-stage hand-held computing companies on defining and developing their products and services. Dr. Cullen Jennings currently serves as IETF Real Time Applications Area Director. In that capacity, he has responsibility for the IETF's activities in voice, video, and instant messaging. Cullen is a Distinguished Engineer in the Voice Technology Group at Cisco Systems, Inc., where he focuses on conferencing, security, and firewall and NAT traversal. He is responsible for helping set the direction for the technology that will make up the next generation of Cisco's voice products, especially in conferencing, presence and rich media systems. In addition to serving as Area Director, Cullen is a key contributor to all the SIP security work at IETF. He was the original designer SIP's certificate management system and most recently was responsible for the SIP Identity RFC. In addition to his work on security, Cullen has served as a chair and core member of the IETF IP Telephony (IPTEL), NAT Traversal (BEHAVE), and Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WEBDAV) working groups. Cullen came to Cisco from Vovida Networks, which developed an open source toolkit for Voice-over-IP. Cullen has remained involved in the open source community and was one of the founders of the reSIProcate project, which developed and maintains the leading open source SIP stack, to which he contributed the security implementation. He is a regular participant of at the SIPit interoperability event and has tested the SIP security systems of all the major vendors. Cullen is an author of Practical VoIP, published by O'Reilly and is a frequent speaker at major Voice and Security Conferences.

John Bartlett John Bartlett is a leading authority on real-time traffic, application performance and Quality of Service (QoS) techniques. He specializes in helping enterprises manage voice, video and data application performance. John has engaged with over 50 enterprises and over 20 network vendors to analyze network performance problems, design network solutions, and support network solutions. John has 29 years of experience in the semiconductor, computer and communications fields in marketing, sales, engineering, manufacturing and consulting roles. Prior to working as a consultant, John was a founder and VP of Engineering and Manufacturing at Agile Networks, now part of Lucent Technologies. Both products were successfully introduced to the market and the firm became profitable before it was acquired. He previously worked for 9 years at Encore Computer, Corp. in engineering and engineering management positions designing networking equipment and large scale multiprocessor systems. During his career at Cisco, Joe has led the development of media-based applications for Cisco's CallManager team and the Cisco-wide Voice Systems Architecture group that coordinates standards development and architecture for all voice products at Cisco. Previously, he was the Chief Architect for Cisco's messaging products, including the Unity unified messaging system. So I've had extensive experience securing networks and devices per DoD requirements and doing DoD C&A under both DITSCAP and DIACAP. At my last job, I spent about two years working IA on a DoD pilot of a VoIP solution where we evaluated several vendor solutions. My current job as IA Manager includes ensuring their VoIP system operates securely and remains in compliance with DoD, Army and DISA regulations and maintains its accredited status.

Garrett Myers is the managing director of the Gateway Group which he founded in 1990. Kevin DiLallo is a partner in Levine, Blaszak, Block & Boothby, LLP, where his practice focuses on commercial transactions, particularly in the areas of wireless and local services and equipment procurements, as well as on telecommunications regulatory and policy matters. Mr. DiLallo has negotiated custom network service arrangements, national wireless service agreements, local services deals, equipment purchases, and telecommunications outsourcings on behalf of large enterprise users of telecommunications services. He also spent several years negotiating wireless system sale, finance, and construction agreements on behalf of a major wireless switch vendor and its finance arm. Mr. DiLallo spearheaded the successful effort by the Computer Industry Coalition on Advanced Television Service to persuade the Federal Communications Commission to reject a transmission standard for digital television that was anathema to computer applications and convergence, and he helped broker a settlement with the television broadcasting and consumer electronics manufacturing industries in which the affected industries agreed on a market-based approach to defining digital TV broadcasting formats. Mr. DiLallo has represented large corporate users of telecommunications services in court and administrative proceedings to enforce such users' rights against carriers under telecommunications agreements and tariffs. For 30+ years, Gary has been an independent communications and security consultant. Beginning his career in the USAF as an R&D officer in military intelligence and data communications, Gary was decorated for his accomplishments in these areas. He has analyzed the US Navy's future for IP transmission via satellite and prepared a VoIP feasibility for a major multinational firm. He has participated in VoIP procurement, RFP preparation and review for converged systems and networks for enterprises and state governments. Mr. Audin has been published extensively in the Business Communications Review, ACUTA Journal, Computer Weekly, Telecom Reseller, Data Communications Magazine, Infosystems, Computerworld, Computer Business News, Auerbach Publications and other magazines. M. Raza, Senior Director Product Management for 3Com Corporation manages all IP Telephony platforms and applications for the company. His team defines and leads the effort for unified communications, application strategy and IP Telephony roadmap for 3Com. He has spent almost 20 years in the telecommunications industry working with data and voice networks and has been instrumental in leading teams for technology innovation, and business growth. Recently 3Com became the first major IP Telephony vendor to embrace open source telephony and Raza led the product management effort for the integration of the Asterisk software with 3Com's data and telephony products. Raza also had a key role in defining the strategy and product integration plans for 3Com VCX IP Telephony System into the IBM System i environment and customer base. Prior to joining 3Com, Raza was the Vice President of Product Management & Marketing for Fujitsu BCS, where he was responsible for the F9600 line of products. At Fujitsu he also managed Data, ATM and SONET products for the enterprise and emerging service provider market in North America. Raza has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
